Refunds and cancellation

A short guide to cancelling and to refunds. The full wording is in sections 6 and 7 of the Terms of Service; if anything here differs, the Terms apply.

Cancelling

To stop future renewals, email support@showra.app from your account email and say which subscription. You can also use the subscription-management or support route in your Waffo receipt.

We confirm the cancellation and the end of your paid access. You keep your remaining allowances until the paid period ends. Leaving the site, deleting a photo or asking for a refund does not cancel renewal.

Ordinary refunds

You get a full refund of a payment when all three are true:

  1. We receive your request within 14 days after that payment.
  2. You have not successfully used a paid feature after that payment.
  3. You have never received an ordinary refund from Showra before.

Each renewal payment has its own 14 days. After 14 days ordinary refunds are not available, and we do not refund part of a period for unused time.

What counts as paid use

A successful paid basic analysis, full report, hairstyle or styling preview, progress save or AI answer after the payment. An answer that explains something cannot be determined counts too. Free features, viewing an existing report and failed deliveries do not.

Wrong charges and failed deliveries

Verified wrong or duplicate charges are refunded whenever they happened, and they do not use up your ordinary refund.

If a paid task fails, we first repair or regenerate it without using another allowance. If we still cannot deliver, you get a full refund of that payment within the 14 days; later, we ask Waffo for an exception, which is not guaranteed. A request received on time keeps its original date.

How to ask

Email support@showra.app with your account email, the payment date or receipt reference and a short explanation. Never send a full card number or security code.

We give you a case reference and the real status. A refund being approved is not the same as the money arriving; processing times vary. These conditions do not limit your legal rights or your right to dispute a payment with your payment provider. See the Terms.
