What we do

Content is checked before processing and before generated images are released. We may block processing or display, remove prohibited content, and suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated violations. Necessary safety restrictions can take effect immediately. Enforcement does not remove a valid refund claim or your legal rights.

Reporting and appeals

Report content to abuse@showra.app with a content link or task reference and a short explanation. Appeal a decision by replying to the decision email or writing to support@showra.app. We aim to give a first human reply within two business days, and an update at least every seven days while a complex report or appeal is open. Urgent safety concerns come first.
